“We loved it! If you are looking to be walkable in Chatham then this is the place. Great location just off the main street and VERY close to everything. Restaurants, shopping, coffee, ice cream, etc. all within a few minutes of the house. Short walk to Oyster Pond (<5 mins) for swimming as well.
The home itself is wonderful - updated throughout with a well-appointed kitchen, outdoor shower, and very nice outdoor spaces to relax during your stay. We would love to come back.”

“You would never know that you are only steps away from the bustling Main Street in Chatham. It is a cozy oasis that is perfect for a small family or a gathering of adult friends. One of the very best rentals we have ever enjoyed. Kudos to the owners for providing an upscale but livable property.”

“The house is at the end of a quiet street and a very easy walk to town. The pictures are very true to the house. We didn’t have great weather but still found plenty to do and came back after a day of wandering to a relaxing and very clean home. Propane fireplace was a plus. The house is well stocked and communication was very easy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay as 2 couples.”

“Gorgeous House in Heart of Chatham”
“Perfect location for a girls’ trip at the end of summer. The house was bigger and more beautiful than the pictures let on. Quintessential Cape decor, comfortable bedrooms, clean, well equipped kitchen, cozy decks, patio and sunroom for relaxation, conversation or a cocktail—all within easy walking distance to Chatham Lighthouse Beach, Main Street shopping and some of the best restaurants on the Cape. Just park your car and no need to drive anywhere.”

“Beautiful property in the heart of downtown Chatham. Walk to everything. Dangerous with ice cream so close by. The house was beautifully decorated and spotless. Phil was a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions and check in was super easy. We hope to return soon. Of our three stays in Chatham this was our favorite property.”

“This home is perfect. The location is ideal for everyone in the family. The beach is a very short, very safe 5 minute walk. Shopping and restaurants are even closer. This house is beautifully maintained inside and out, super clean, and contains all the comforts of home and more. Things we will miss until our next visit — spectacular sunsets, the fire pit, the comfortable beds, quick dips in Oyster Pond, the outdoor shower and after dinner walks for ice cream.”
